Quality
Assurance at our firm comprises the totality of all measures
destined to achieve this aim, taking into account

- The relevant legal regulations,
- The state of the art, and the benefits of modern technology
- The Group’s own standards.
Quality
Assurance is the duty of all functions of our company, of those in
position of responsibility at all levels and, ultimately, of every
employee.
The
management makes sure that the Quality Policy of the firm and the
principles for Quality Assurance are understood, applied and
supported by all employees.
Planning, supervision and improvement of the Quality Assurance
System is primarily and independently under the responsibility of
the Quality Assurance Department, which has the duty and authority
to identify quality problems, to require corrections and to
follow-up corrective actions.
Responsibility of the Quality Assurance Function:
The
Quality Assurance Department is independent from other functions
such as Purchasing, Production, Marketing and related functions. It
has the main responsibility of ensuring that the required Quality
Assurance measures are implemented at all levels of manufacturing,
storage and distribution, and all Quality Assurance objectives are
consistently achieved.
